New support request process PDF Print E-mail

We've brought forward the release of our new Support Request Ticketing System from Q3 to Q2 and released it this morning. We've done this to ensure that we continue to meet your expectations on dealing with support requests in a professional manner and as quickly as possible.

Our new system not only allow us, but also you to track the progress of your request which we feel is very important.

The new site is still on track for Q3 2010 and some additional improvements will be rolling out then. More on that as we get closer to the launch.
